90 minute meeting in your home to discuss what to expect, how milk production and supply works, and establish what your personal breastfeeding goals are
We will develop a plan with tools and resources to help you get off to a great start from birthand help you reach your goals

Quick Help Session - $75
In this 60 minute session, we will troubleshoot one issue, or cover one topic.
Virtual Support -$100
Great for troubleshooting issues that arise after feeding as been established (weaning, “nursing strike”, etc.)
1 60 minute video call to discuss concerns and develop a care plan
1 week of follow up support through text/call/email

Birth Support
• A minimum of 4 prenatal visits in which we will discuss birth options and comfort measures, choices in childbirth settings, establish a relationship with you and your family, and educate on what to expect during pregnancy, labor and early postpartum.
• 24/7 on-call support from 38 weeks on
• Continuous labor support during active labor and birth, including educating on and implementing position changes, comfort measures such as touch, breath work, and meditation, and providing you and your family evidence based information to make informed decisions during the birth process
• Immediate postpartum support for up to 2 hours after birth to get you and your family settled, encourage bonding and initiate breastfeeding if desired
• 4 postpartum visits during the first six weeks after the birth
• referrals to trusted resources and providers, when needed
